35. Compact BCK conveyor line for turning, tilting and aligning boxes onto a palletiser

In collaboration with Cobotx, BCK Holland has developed a customer-specific, compact and efficient transport line for palletising boxes. This line enables the automatic handling of boxes, whereby the correct orientation of the box is crucial. Thanks to the combination of a core cam, tilting unit and inclined roller conveyors, the boxes can be quickly and accurately turned, tilted and aligned for further palletising.

This modular solution is perfect for integration with Cobots. The efficient linear processes significantly increase productivity, while minimising the space required. BCK Holland thus offers a reliable and scalable solution for the efficient handling of products, with an emphasis on speed, reliability and easy integration.
