We are proud to share an important step in the future of BCK Holland.
After several years in which André Huijgen and Rik de Greef have gradually taken on more responsibilities, Gudo de Wilt has decided to step back further. Together, we carefully explored a future-proof solution that aligns with our culture, our people, and our long-term vision.
We found this in Addtech. Addtech is a Swedish, publicly listed technology company with a clear buy and hold strategy, in which companies continue to operate independently. Addtech has acquired 100 percent of the shares in BCK Holland, with the aim of ensuring stability and continuity for the long term.
As of 1 January, André will take on the role of Managing Director of BCK Holland. Rik will remain active in his role as Technical Director. The course we have set remains unchanged and will be further strengthened together with the current management team.
For customers and partners, everything remains as you know it. Our company will continue to operate independently, with the same teams, the same approach, and the same focus on quality and collaboration. The strength of BCK Holland lies in the people who work here, and that will remain the same.
Finally, we would like to thank Gudo for his entrepreneurship, vision, and years of dedication. The foundation he has built forms the basis for this next phase.
