Controlled transport using flights on a BCK belt conveyor

BCK Holland N60 belt conveyor with flights in a flat application.

Flights on a belt material are almost only seen when feeding products. In this case, together with the customer, we provided a solution where we used the flights for controlled feeding of the products. The rolls of insulation tape are placed between the flights and then slowly transported to the next perpendicular belt conveyor. The roll of tape falls onto this belt conveyor and continues its way to a sealing machine where it will be packed. A clever use of flights!
