Belt conveyor type N60+
The N60+ belt conveyor is the more robust version of the N60 belt conveyor. With a roller diameter of 80 mm and larger bearings it can carry more weight and be used in very dynamic (many start/stops or high acceleration/deceleration) applications. The N60+ performs best when used in a dry and clean to slightly polluted environment.

Suitable for highly dynamic applications
The N60+ belt conveyor is more robust than the N60 because it has larger bearings and because the roller and axle are one part. These modifications make it very suitable for dynamic applications with high acceleration and deceleration times. The N60+ belt conveyor has the same basic frame as an N60 belt conveyor and is designed from experiences of our users. The T-slots in the N60 profile are designed so that standard fasteners can be tilted in from the side. This means that various components (such as side guides or photocells) can easily be fitted to the frame by us or the customer after delivery. The T-slots can also be sealed later with a plastic sealing profile.
Partly because of the modular concept, it is possible to make various versions such as a flat aluminium belt conveyor, elevator, feeding belt conveyor, bunker conveyor, vertical curved belt conveyor or Z conveyor.
