The BCK powered flexible roller conveyors consist of independent, flexible scissors. They are:

• available in various widths, namely 460, 610, 760 and 900 mm
• extendable to a desired length
• maximum pitch (when fully extended): 130 mm
• provided with steel galvanized rollers with a diameter of 50 mm
• provided with brushless motors (each motor drives to about 1 meter), adjustable from about 6 to 35 m/min
• quantity start/stops: max. 400/uur
• provided with bolted flexible connections
• every 1040 mm equipped with a support
• adjustable in height (H = 730 - 900 mm)
• mobile by means of heavy-duty casters Ø 200 x 45 mm, some of which are carried out with a simple brake operation
• at each end provided with a start / stop, and emergency stop button
• load capacity up to 250 kg per meter (conveying power to 100 kg/meter)
• flexible, you can make S-curves
• expand with various options such as:
• on and off joining support
• foldable end stop
• conveying power to 150 kg/meter
• elektronic end stop
• LED light unit
• reinforced end section with LED lighting
• the function of accumulating based on time
• 3 phase 380V (standard 1 phase 240V)
• extendable with flexible gravity roller conveyor
• other maximum pitch of the rollers: 67 mm or 102 mm
