The BCK ball transfer tables are used for:

Pneumatic ball transfers and positioner pads

The standard (fixed) ball transfers are often very useful, but with pneumatic ball transfers and positioner pads it is very easy to create a very safe and ergonomic workplace. These components are often used in combination with roller conveyors, work tables and / or lift tables. BCK Holland can supply complete systems with an air supply unit and switch(es).

The weight capacity of the pneumatic ball transfer is approximately 23 kg, but by various factors the pneumatic ball transfer is best to apply when there is a load capacity between 2.3 and 13.6 kg per ball transfer is requested. The weight capacity of the pneumatic positioning pad is approximately 9 kg per pad. A pneumatic ball transfer or positioner pad consumes very little air. Per cycle approximately 0.0000108 cubic meters is consumed.
