The BCK stainless steel chain conveyors are manufactured of AISI 304 or AISI 316. The BCK stainless steel chain conveyors are suitable for the food industry (HACCP environment), the pharmaceutical industry and chemical industry, because of the choice of the right materials and the hygienic design.

The design takes into account good cleanability by applying standard or optional:

  • a folding idler side
  • a detachable funnel
  • a FDA and/or HACCP approved chain material
  • a drum motor
  • an open frame for easy accessibility during cleaning

VFor almost every application there is a chain material available. Click below to get an impression of some chain materials and accessories.

Flat stainless steel chain conveyors

Flat stainless steel chain conveyors

The most common chain conveyors is a flat chain conveyor. Flat chain conveyors are being placed in front or behind a machine to bring or to remove a product to the machine, such as a packaging machine or assembly system. A flat conveyor is also often used to handle a product, such as labelling by a labelling machine or any handling by a pick and place system. A flat chain conveyor is widely applicable.

An elevating chain conveyor is used when bulk goods need to be transported to a higher elevation. The elevating chain conveyors are usually equipped with pushers or corrugated edge to prevent the goods from rolling/sliding back on the conveyor. A chain material with high friction modules can sometimes be enought to elevate the products. Mostly the chain conveyor is made with a funnel on both sides to steer or store the products. The funnel is made with a protection to prevent danger. Applications of elevating pills, bags, plastic lids are only some of the examples.

Stainless steel curve chain conveyors

Stainless steel curve chain conveyors

Stainless steel curve chain conveyors are used in situations where products need to turn and may not be damaged in any way. A curve chain conveyor is also often applied in production lines with high capacity. The use of aluminium curve chain conveyors is mostly proven as part of a larger logistical system that needs to supply or transport products away. Most common industries would be Distribution Centers, industrial printers and sorts. Stainless steel curve conveyors in 90° and 180° curves are deliverable in various belt widths and radiuses.

Stainless steel vertical curved chain conveyors / Stainless steel Z-conveyors

Stainless steel vertical curved chain conveyors / Stainless steel Z-conveyors

An stainless steel vertical curved chain conveyor is applied in projects when products need to be elevated but either on the intake or the outtake side of the conveyor needs to be flat (positive or negative vertical curve). The stainless steel vertical curved chain conveyor is usually equipped with pushers or corrugated edge to prevent the goods from rolling/sliding back on the conveyor. Chain material with high friction modules might be enough to elevate certain products without using pushers. Mostly the conveyor is made with a stainless steel funnel on both sides to steer or store the products. The funnel is made with a protection to prevent danger. Applications of elevating candy, bags, plastic lids are only some of the examples.
