Steel roller and wheel conveyors

The steel roller conveyors and steel wheel conveyors are build from galvanized steel U-sections. By standardization, the roller conveyor can be delivered in various widths, lenghts of one, two and three meter, stitches, roller diameters, type of roller (plastic, steel, aluminium and stainless steel), supports, side guides and 45° and 90° curves.

Standard specifications are:

Frame width: 100, 200, 300, 400 en 500 mm
Standard lenghts: 1.000, 2.000 en 3.000 mm
Stitch of the rollers: 25 mm
Material rollers: galvanized steel, plastic and aluminium
Curves:

Standard angles: 45° and 90°
Inner radius: 800 mm
Number of rollers on a shaft: 100-300: one roller, 400: two rollers, 500: three rollers
