Powered flexible roller conveyor
The BCK powered flexible roller conveyors consist of independent, flexible scissors. They are:
- stretchable to a desired length
- produced with galvanized rollers with a diameter of 40 mm
- SEW Eurodrive AC motors, Conveyor speed is fully adjustable from 10 to 40 m/min
- fully bolted design, not riveted
- adjustable in height (H = 700 - 1.100 mm)
- mobile by means of heavy casters Ø 160 x 50 mm with brake
- 150 kg load capacity per linear m based on a level working height
- flexible, it can easily bends in a curve
- expandable with options like a connector or an end stop
The flexible galvanized steel roller conveyors are often used for jobs such as unloading trucks or buffer products at the end of a production line. They are easy to use and quick to adapt to a new application. There are also connectors available to create a very long distance.
