Powered roller conveyors

The BCK powered roller conveyors are available in the type DS50, RD50 and CD50. The frame could be made of aluminium profiles with T-slots or stainless steel. Customers can easily mount various components (such as side guides or photo cells) to the aluminium frame because of the T-slots. The T-slots can also be sealed later. By standardization, the roller conveyor can be delivered in various widths from 210 to 1.210 mm with increments of 50 mm.

Powered roller conveyors DS50 (Drive Shaft)

The most common powered roller conveyor is a drive shaft roller conveyor. Drive shaft roller conveyors are often used to convey or accumulate products such as boxes or crates. Long conveyor lines are possible with few motors, because of the low accumulation pressure (1 motor on a length of 15 meter is often possible). During an accumulation situation the drive shaft continues to rotate and the rollers stop. Powered roller conveyors RD50 (Roller Drive)

The roller drive roller conveyors are often used to convey, buffer and separate products such as boxes and crates by zones. Key features are: roller drives, low noise, economical conveying and high conveyor speed. Tthey are also often used for short conveyor systems and for intelligent conveyor systems. The chain drive roller conveyors are often used to convey and accumulate products such as boxes and crates. Key features are: higher load and wider range ambient temperature.
