Buffer and storage systems

The BCK buffer and storage systems are designed and manufactured based on experience and inventiveness. The systems offer optimum reliability and performance. A BCK buffer or storage system is usually placed at the end of a the production to buffer or storing products in a crate or box in the desired quantity or weight.

Lineair buffer systems

Lineair buffer systemsA lineair buffer system is often a combination of a belt conveyor, roller conveyor and / or electrical control option, that is produced to customer specifications. Applications of lineair buffer systems are for example:

  • products are deposited in a box or crate and after the desired number the box is transported further so that a new empty box or crate is positioned below the output.
  • products are stacked by a robot on a belt conveyor

Buffer tables

Buffer tablesThe buffer tables are usually placed in a hygienic (or wet) surroundings at the end of a production process for buffering products or beginning of a production process to supply empty packaging or products. The buffer tables are available with a standard blade diameter of  900 / 1.250 / 1.500 mm. The blade is also directly driven by the motorreductor, so no chains or belts are required. Stainless steel workbenches

Stainless steel workbenchesThe stainless steel workbenches are used to process food. The blades are polished (320 grit silicon)and are supported by a square frame.
