Sliding plate

The sliding plate is standard a stainless steel sliding plate, that is mounted on the aluminium frame. On request the sliding plate can also be made of plastic or with rollers.

 

BearingN60 bearing plate

The bearing construction is made up of first-class bearings with a maximal size and double seal (2RS) The bearing is self-aligning so the bearing can be loaded optimally. This results in an optimal life span.

 

Transport direction

  • Unidirectional
  • Bi-directional (advice is to apply a belt with V-extrusion)

 

Roller diameter

  • Type N38: ø 38 mm
  • Type N60: ø 60 mm
  • Type N114: ø 114 mm

 

(Knife) edgesKnife edge

It is possible to create a knife edge, guide roller or a guide shaft at the input or the output side.

There are no standard lengths. The length can be determined by the customer. On request we could also integrate a positive and/or a negative bend in the frame.
